The Brief
As the official catering partner, our mission was to revitalize the matchday food and beverage operation. The goal was to move beyond traditional “stadium food” by improving quality and efficiency, ensuring that the service matched the passion of the fans on the pitch.
The Challenge
Stadium environments present unique logistical hurdles: high-volume demand in very short windows (pre-match and halftime). We needed to reduce wait times without sacrificing the quality of the offering
Our Actions
We have added an improved and more varied menu delivered by our food catering partners. A wider range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products has also been offered, but most crucially the speed of service of both food and drink has increased dramatically so that supporter queue time is minimal.
New initiatives such as loyalty cards, pre-match music entertainment and newly introduced dedicated away supporter fanzone have all increased the supporter offering both home and away.
This has all led to a vastly improved matchday experience for supporters and a close working relationship with the fans to keep evolving and delivering what they want.

This was the second time we've used Iglu Bars for our charity ball. Once agin they were fantastic. Really helpful in the lead up to the event where our seemingly endless questions and changes to orders never seemed to be a problem. They arrived to set up 2 days before the event which was a great worry off our minds and on the night itself arrived promptly with plenty of friendly staff to serve our guests. Prices were very reasonable and the range of drinks available sufficient to suit everyone given that we were in the middle of a field! Hired Iglu Bars for our wedding and couldn't be happier. In the lead up Pete was approachable for my questions and requests. On the day the guys turned up early, set up an attractive and professional bar and did a great job keeping everyone topped up with drinks. Prices were very reasonable, with a great variety of good quality beverages and the cocktails were amazing - I was expecting premixed rubbish in all honesty but each one from the menu was mixed in front of you and didn't scrimp on the booze. What can I say! Peter was incredibly helpful from the first email to actually delivering on the day exactly what was asked. Fantastic selection of wines, fizz, cocktails, lager etc etc, even frozen cocktails which were a huge hit in the scorching heat!! Thank you Peter & staff it was a Wedding celebration we will never forget.
