Mobile Bar Hire Packages
Our modus operandi is to provide a package bespoke to you. Every event is different and so we like to talk to our clients fully, to find out about their requirements and let them know how we work and what we can offer. But to offer a loose framework we can discuss further some of our packages below –
Cash Bar
If your guests are paying for their drinks – we can largely provide the bar and the staff for free for your event. This can be determined by the numbers attending and location – please contact us to discuss further.
Free Bar
Where your guests don’t pay for any drinks – there are various different ways we can structure this type of bar. Please contact us with the details of your event and we can suggest the best way this might work.
Dry Bar
This can range from a full bar set-up with fridges, draught equipment, cocktail equipment etc. This can also always be accompanied with staff if required.
Wedding Drinks Package
We have a number of packages covering welcome, table and toast drinks. Our bespoke label service is also a fantastic way to add an extra personal touch to the day.

We can put a bar at any event you require. We have provided bars at private parties, office parties, football stadiums…
Our Mobile Bars
Wooden Bars
We have a number of bars to suit all occasions. Being based in the Cotswolds there is a large calling for a rustic theme, and so we have an array of wooden vintage bars. Our wooden bars can be extended to a vast size to cater for very sizeable crowds.
LED Bars
In contrast for a more contemporary look, our LED bars work perfectly in any setting. The bars can remain set to a classic ice white, or as the evening progresses can be changed to a whole range of different colours. These bars can also be accompanied by matching LED party furniture to help further light-up your event.
Steel Bars
We also have semi-permanent steel bars which can be ideal as an over-spill bar to permanent venues or for a dry hire for a long period of time.
Our Drinks
We offer a wide range of lagers, ciders , ales , spirits, wine and fizz. We provide a cocktail menu in excess of 10 drinks at all events (unless not required) which can of course be trimmed down and tailored to suit.
Draught products on lagers, ciders and ales are available. A popular option is our frozen cocktails from our slush machine, an ice cold frozen margarita is well received on a sweltering summers day!
Strong links have been established with local suppliers and we use an independent wine merchant - meaning that you won't have seen the wines we serve in your local newsagent. This also allows us to set-up tasting days should you wish to try a few wines before making your final choice.
A bespoke label service on some wines and fizz is an appealing feature, we offer this free of charge and can be a lovely touch to mark a wedding with the couples names and date, or to have a company logo at a corporate event. As a general rule, if there is a product you would like, we can provide it.

We have built a fantastic team of personable, efficient and presentable staff.
The whole team always looks to go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. With a big squad we are capable of covering multiple events on the same day - headed up by owner Peter Geddes and brothers Gareth and Chris Blackwood as bar directors. All have been with the business since its inception and have years of experience in the industry. Below this lies a strong management team and a close-knit pool of high quality well trained staff.
